Business relationships between Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia and its clients are governed by the Laws of the Slovak Republic. These relationships are complemented and modified by the conditions stated in the following lines and will be of force for both contracting sides.

Contracting relationship between Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia and a client is made by receiving an application form and by paying a deposit /40% of the total price/, or by paying a full price. When applying less than 40 days before departure, the full price is paid. Further information on Expedition acceptance and details is accessible after paying the deposit. In case that the total price is not settled 40 days before departure, Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia has a right to exclude the client from the participant list.

The expedition prices are arranged between Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia and the client. Their height depends on the Expedition length and the client's accommodation requirements.

If the client cancels his participation, hi/she will be returned a sum reduced by the following expenses.

80 days before departure ............................................................ US$35 (administration fee )

40 days before departure ............................................................ 30% of price

20 days before departure ............................................................ 60% of price

10 days before departure ............................................................ 80% of price

5 days before departure .............................................................. 90% of price

less than 3 days before departure or in case of not departing ....100% of price

These cancellation fees will not be administered in case that the participant provides a substitute for himself at least 5 days before the departure. In such a case, the substituting person will have to cover the administration fee.

A right to cancel the Expedition is held by the Expedition Guide in the following cases - in case of inconvenient weather - in case when the participants way be endangered . In case of the insufficient amount of participants, as well as under special circumstances, Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia has a right to cancel the Expedition after such a cancellation, caused by Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia, full price will be returned to the participants.

Each participant must have a valid passport. Every participant arranges his/her visa himself/herself.

Each client of Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia is the only person responsible for his health. Each client is obliged to follow any directors, he/she is given by the Expedition Guide and he/she must inform the Guide about his/her individual activities. In case that the participant repeatedly violates directions or rules of any representative of Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia, he/she might be excluded from the Expedition. Such exclusion is not considered to be insufficient service provided by Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia.

In case that the client finds some services do not correspond to the Expedition programme concerning their quality or range, he can reclaim it immediately during the Expedition by the Expedition Guide, or do so in time not longer than 15 days after the end of the Expedition. Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia must provide a resolution in time not longer than 30 days after receiving the reclamation.

Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia provides travelling insurance if on a base of the participants special claim. If the client does not claim insurance provided Dr.Stefan - Society of travellers across Slovakia, he/she accepts the financial responsibility for any expenses which occur in the time of the Expedition.
